1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Astrobiography mobile application ("App") or visiting astrobiography.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Astrobiography provides personalized astrological content including daily, weekly, and monthly horoscopes, birth chart analysis, compatibility readings, and cosmic guidance across Western, Vedic, and Chinese astrological traditions.

Entertainment Purpose: Our services are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and educational purposes only. Astrological content should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA)

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) and one-time purchases. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

4.2 Billing

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable store to charge your payment method.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App and Website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software—are owned by Astrobiography and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. User Content

Any content you submit to the App (such as Oracle questions or feedback) remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Astrological content is for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive value of astrological readings. You should not rely on our content for important life decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTROBIOGRAPHY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrobiography and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to request account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
