How do I edit my birth details?

Go to the SELF tab → Settings → "Edit birth particulars". You can update your birth date, time, and location. Your readings will automatically regenerate with the new information.

Why do I need to enter my birth time?

Your birth time is required to calculate your Ascendant (Rising) sign and accurate house placements. If you don't know your exact birth time, you can select "I don't know" and we'll use noon as a default. Your daily readings will still be personalized to your Sun sign.

What is the Complete Almanac subscription?

Complete Almanac unlocks unlimited Oracle questions, detailed horoscope analysis, deep dive content for each tradition, and advanced compatibility features. You can subscribe monthly (£8.49) or annually (£55.90 — 45% savings).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Astrobiography → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Why are my readings different from other apps?

Astrobiography is the only app that synthesizes Western, Vedic, and Chinese astrology into a unified portrait. Each tradition offers unique insights, and together they reveal a more complete picture than any single system alone.

How does The Oracle work?

The Oracle uses AI to generate personalized responses based on your birth chart and current planetary transits. Ask any question and receive honest, psychologically incisive guidance. Free users receive 2 questions per day; Complete Almanac subscribers have unlimited access.

Can I add friends and family to the app?

Yes! Use the CIRCLE tab to add people with their birth details. You can then generate their cosmic blueprints and see compatibility readings between any two people in your circle.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. We do not sell your personal data. Your birth information is used solely to generate your astrological readings. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

The app isn't loading my daily reading. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Close and reopen the app, 3) If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in from Settings. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Simply sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your subscription and one-time purchases will be automatically restored.
